Benefits Unfunded. All rights under this Agreement of the Executive and Beneficiaries will at all times be entirely unfunded, and no provision will at any time be made with respect to segregating any assets of Fidelity or any Affiliate for payment of any amounts due hereunder. The Executive and Beneficiaries will have only the rights of general unsecured creditors of Fidelity.
