Benefits on Lay-off. 18.01 In the event of lay-off, a laid off full time employee will be provided equivalent benefit coverage on the same basis as is provided to active employees for semi-private, extended health and dental benefits as defined in the Collective Agreement not to exceed five (5) months following the month in which the layoff occurred.
