Common use of Benefits; Expense Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Benefits; Expense Reimbursement. During the Term, Xxxxxx shall be eligible to participate in any group insurance, accident, sickness and hospitalization insurance, and any other employee benefit plans of the Company in effect during the Term and available to the Company’s executive officers, and Xxxxxx shall have the right to reimbursement, upon proper accounting, of reasonable expenses and disbursements incurred by him in the course of his duties hereunder. In addition, during each year of the Term, Xxxxxx shall be entitled to three (3) weeks of paid vacation.

Xxxxxx shall also receive reimbursement of up to $1,250 per month to defray business expenses. In addition, during each year of the Term, Xxxxxx shall be entitled to three (3) weeks of paid vacation.

In addition, during each year of the Term, Xxxxxx shall be entitled to three accrue fifteen (315) weeks days of paid vacationvacation in 2008 and nineteen (19) days of paid vacation in 2009.
