Common use of Benefit Plans and Perquisites Clause in Contracts

Benefit Plans and Perquisites. (a) Executive shall be entitled to participate in the welfare benefit plans and programs and perquisites of the Debtor or the Reorganized Entity, as applicable, on terms not less favorable than those in effect for other senior executives of the Debtor or the Reorganized Entity, as applicable, from time to time; provided, that Executive shall not be covered by any severance plan, program or policy during the Employment Period.
