Benefit of certain Conditions Precedent. (a) A Condition Precedent may only be waived in writing by the party entitled to the benefit of that Condition Precedent as noted in this clause 2.2 and will be effective only to the extent specifically set out in that waiver. If both parties are entitled to the benefit of a Condition Precedent then both parties must sign the waiver.
