Benefit & Burden. The parties agree that this Agreement shall be binding upon and shall be for the benefit of each of their respective heirs, successors, assigns, subsidiaries, parent companies, and related or affiliated companies.

Benefit & Burden. The Loan Documents shall enure to the benefit of and be binding on the parties thereto, their respective successors, and each assignee of some or all of the rights or obligations of the parties under the Loan Documents permitted by this Section 12.10. Any reference in any such Loan Document to any party thereto shall (to the extent the context so admits) be construed accordingly.
