Beneficiary Rights. If the BC fails to abide by the terms of this participation agreement and DHA or its designee either denies the claim or claims and/or terminates the agreement, as a result of the BC’s breach, the BC agrees to forego its rights, if any, to pursue the amounts not paid by TRICARE from the beneficiary or the beneficiary’s family.
