Common use of Beneficial Ownership Certification Clause in Contracts

Beneficial Ownership Certification. The Borrower agrees to notify the Administrative Agent of any change in the information provided in the Beneficial Ownership Certification that would result in a change to the list of beneficial owners identified in parts (c) or (d) of such certification.
