Benchmarking Process Costs. T-Mobile shall be responsible for the compensation of the Benchmarking Firm, unless the Benchmarking Report indicates that the Service Fees are more than [*] percent ([*]%) of the average charges of the peer comparison group for similar services, in which case Provider shall be responsible for compensating T-Mobile for the commercially reasonable expenses paid by T-Mobile to the Benchmarking Firm, which in no event shall exceed [*] dollars ($[*]).
