SPECIFIC TERMINATION ASSISTANCE. If and to the extent that Federal-Mogul Local Entity and/or a Designee assumes responsibility for some or all of the Services provided by IBM Local Entity under the Country Agreement, IBM Local Entity will provide Termination/Expiration Assistance to Federal-Mogul Local Entity and/or its Designee. In addition to the Termination/Expiration Assistance described in the Country Agreement, the Termination/Expiration Assistance shall be provided as described in this Section.
