Common use of Before Clause in Contracts

Before. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ recommends a contract of insurance to the Client, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ will take reasonable steps to ensure that the recommendation is suitable to the Client’s demands and needs by: considering relevant information already held; obtaining details of any relevant existing insurance; identifying the Client’s requirements and explaining to the Client what the Client needs to disclose; and considering the relevance of any exclusions, excesses, limitations or conditions.
