Basic Training. Prior to receiving authorization to review activities under Stipulation III.B of this PA, new PennDOT Cultural Resource Professionals, and consultants under management contract per Stipulation III.D of this PA, must successfully complete the following training: • Section 106 course provided by National Highway Institute (Beyond Compliance: Historic Preservation in Transportation Project Development, NHI 142049), ACHP Section 106 Essentials, or equivalent; • PennDOT training on the Application of this PA and Cultural Resources Handbook, including Tribal consultation; and • SHPO training on Pennsylvania History Code, SHPO’s online data management systems, relevant historic context, and other Pennsylvania-specific topics. The training will allow for interaction with SHPO staff.
Basic Training. The Employer shall provide basic training, if required, for newly hired employees within the time frame as established by state law. If employees covered by this Agreement are sent for training at the Police Academy, the Employer will advance the non-personal costs (tuition and room and board) associated therewith. Each employee so sent who voluntarily resigns employment with the College will reimburse the Employer for such expenses not reimbursed to the Employer by the State at a rate of 75% of such expenses if the employee resigns within one year of the training; 50% if within two years of the training; 25% if within three years of the training; after three years, no reimbursement.

Basic Training. Forensic Scientists shall receive on-the-job training in accordance with current practice. This training shall be uniform and consistent at each facility. The Employer shall prepare an on-the-job training manual which shall set forth a standardized training procedure for new employees.
Basic Training. The Contractor shall provide basic training as established and accepted in the Basic Training Plan. In addition to the primary security objectives, the training shall emphasize the need for courteous, cautious, and efficient application of all procedures to assure that all security guards performing services are capable of performing such functions. Basic Training. Los Angeles County Open Doors will create and establish a 16-hr cooperative Open Doors training module that will be managed by the DCFS/DMH Wraparound Administrations and embedded in the Los Angeles Training Consortium‟s Wraparound Training basic sequence which is currently 24 hours in length and will be used for the first phase of implementation.
