Each employee so sent who voluntarily resigns employment with the College will reimburse the Employer for such expenses not reimbursed to the Employer by the State at a rate of 75% of such expenses if the employee resigns within one year of the training; 50% if within two years of the training; 25% if within three years of the training; after three years, no reimbursement.
