Basic Fee. 6.2.1 For Basic Services provided by the Consultant and all Sub-consultants, the State shall pay the Consultant a Basic Fee in accordance with the amount identified in the Agreement. 6.2.2 A change in the Basic Fee may be made only by an amendment to this Agreement in accordance with Section 4.3.
