Baseline Schedule. Within ninety (90) days of the Date of Commencement, Design-Builder shall submit to Department, for its review and approval, a CPM schedule that includes, among other things: (a) the order in which Design-Builder proposes to carry out the Work (including each stage of design, right-of-way acquisition, Governmental Approvals (including but not limited to permit acquisition), procurement, manufacture, delivery to Site, construction, inspection and testing); and
