Base Pay Rates. The following base pay rates will apply: 1. Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) Exempt ASF Members. The salary ranges, and annual base salaries set within those ranges, are for the full fiscal year (July 1- June 30), and shall not be added to or subtracted from to reflect fluctuations in the number of work days (260, 261, 262) in a given year. Any appointment of less than twelve (12) months shall have the base salary prorated based on the FTE of the appointment, as determined by that portion of the actual duty days worked in a given fiscal year (e.g., 260, 261, or 262 as appropriate). Any other appointment of less than full time shall have the base salary pro-rated based on the FTE of the appointment, as defined in Article 11, Section D.

Base Pay Rates. The base rate of pay for substitutes shall be no less than as follows: 11.2.1 Full day: $135.00 per full-workday assignment. 11.2.2 Half day: $67.50 per half-workday assignment.
Base Pay Rates. The base pay rates for the ranks of Correctional Officer (D21), Correctional Officer First Class (D22), Correctional Officer Corporal (D23), Master Corporal (D24), Correctional Officer Sergeant (D25), Master Sergeant (D26) and Correctional Officer Lieutenant (D27) are set forth in the Scheduled Pay Rates effective on the first full pay period beginning on or after July 1, 2007 and thereafter, which can be found in Attachment B:
Base Pay Rates. Every full-time employee shall have an annual base salary, which shall be converted to a base hourly rate for payroll purposes buy using the appropriate hours- per-year divisor (e.g., 2080 for employees with a 40-hour workweek). For part-time employees, base pay shall be quoted as an hourly rate. The starting pay for each newly hired employee shall be the minimum of the range corresponding to the employee's title. (a) Starting rates for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN's) may exceed the minimum of the salary range but shall not exceed the minimum by more than 3% multiplied by the number of years of experience in nursing as determined by the Employer, and in no event to exceed the minimum by more than 15%. (b) The salary of any LPN employed by the Employer as of the date of signing this Agreement shall not be less than the applicable hiring rate specified above.

Base Pay Rates. Show Support simplifies wages by paying Employees in excess of the statutory minimum applicable to their position, with 2 basic pay rates, including all allowances and other separately identifiable payments under the Award. The rates and allowances will increase in line with changes to the relevant Award wages, which are varied periodically by the Annual Wage Review. Any such increases will be applied as of the first full pay period on or after 1 July each year. For the purposes of this Agreement, Base Pay Rates take into account the following: (a) A casual loading of 25%; (b) The special Crewing Services 52.5% loading (in Rate B); (c) Recognition of efficiencies resulting from the adoption of integrated and flexible work practices and cost savings resulting from these measures; (d) Allowances for tools; (e) The peculiar work arrangements necessary to be performed in the industry by Crewing Services Employees; (f) The Employee-­‐driven engagement model; (g) Longstanding industry practice in paying rates based on the “8 to 8” model; and (h) The needs and requests of Employees themselves. Base Rate B is paid all day Sunday, Public Holidays, from 8pm to 8am each day, as well as for all hours worked on any shift in excess of 12 hours. Base Rate A is paid at all other times. Base Rate B is non-­‐cumulative. For instance, working on a Sunday at 9pm will mean that just Base Rate B is payable, without any additional loading. Most Employees will fall into the category of “loader”, within 4 different levels: Intermediate Employees $25.00 $33.00 Advanced Employees $25.00 $35.00 Experienced Employees $27.50 $35.00 Base Pay Rates depend on the skill levels, reliability, conduct, performance and years of service of Employees. As Employees become more experienced working with Show Support they will progress in skill level and can rise to higher rates of pay. See also the roles for Technical Crew and Licensed Crew below.
Base Pay Rates. In calendar years 2023, 2024, and 2025, respectively, employees will be paid base pay as established in employer’s base pay structure. Attached hereto for reference in Appendix A are the following, based on the employer’s base pay structure: 1) Job Class and Grade, as established by employer, subject to employer review and modification; and 2) 2023, 2024, and 2025 Base Pay Schedules. The hourly base pay rate for employees is based on the base pay divided by 2,080 hours. Wages, vacations, sick leave, and sick leave bonus will be computed on an hourly basis using two thousand eighty (2080) hours per year, and one hundred seventy-three and three-tenths (173.3) hours per month. The employee's anniversary date shall be the determining factor on vacations and sick leave. If the date that a performance evaluation for step increase purposes of an employee is completed after the end of the pay period in which the employee’s anniversary date falls, the employee will be advanced to the next step based on the employee’s date in position.
