Base Materials Sample Clauses
The 'Base Materials' clause defines the fundamental materials or components that will be used in the performance of a contract, particularly in manufacturing, construction, or supply agreements. It typically specifies the type, quality, and source of these materials, and may require the supplier to use only approved or specified materials for the project. By clearly identifying what constitutes acceptable base materials, this clause helps prevent disputes over material quality and ensures that the end product meets the agreed-upon standards.
