Common use of Base Management Fee Clause in Contracts

Base Management Fee. During each Fiscal Year after the Management Commencement Date (and for a fraction of any partial Fiscal Year), in consideration of the services Manager is to render under this Agreement, Manager will be paid a fee (“Base Management Fee”) at the rate of three percent (3%) of Gross Operating Revenues per Fiscal Year. The Base Management Fee will be paid in installments by deducting such fee from Gross Operating Revenues immediately following each Accounting Period at the rate of three percent (3%) of Gross Operating Revenues for that Accounting Period.
