Common use of Base Compensation Rate Clause in Contracts

Base Compensation Rate. As consideration for the services and covenants described in this Agreement, the Company agrees to pay Executive a 2000 and 2001 base annual salary of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000), subject to payroll deductions required by law or authorized by Executive. Payments shall be made in equal installments in accordance with the Company's procedures, as from time to time may be amended at its sole discretion, regarding the payment of compensation to management personnel.
