Base Compensation Rate Sample Clauses

Base Compensation Rate. An employee’s base compensation rate is the employee’s base rate of pay and does not include any differentials, premiums or bonuses.

Base Compensation Rate. During the period of Executive’s continued employment with the Company, Executive’s base salary as in effect immediately prior to the Effective Date will continue to be paid to Executive.

If it is determined that US Airways' estimated payment is more than the amount calculated after the end of the month, Republic will be required to refund the overpayment amount promptly.
