Base Compensation Rate. As consideration for the services and covenants described in this Agreement, the Company agrees to pay Executive a 2000 and 2001 base annual salary of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000), subject to payroll deductions required by law or authorized by Executive.   • Base Salary and Bonus As compensation for the Executive's services under this Agreement, the Executive shall receive and the Company shall pay a weekly base salary set forth on Exhibit A. Such base salary may be increased but not decreased during the Term or Renewal Period in the Company's discretion based upon the Executive's performance and any other factors the Company deems relevant.
