Base Capitation Rates for Subsequent Years. A. Initial Schedule of Base Capitation Rates: Annually, the Department will provide an initial schedule of Base Capitation Rates and Maternity Care Rates. The Department will provide the PH-MCO with information on methodology and data used to develop the initial schedule of Base Capitation Rates. The Department will provide the PH-MCO with the opportunity for a meeting, in which the Department will consider and respond to questions from the PH- MCO on development of the initial schedule of Base Capitation Rates and Maternity Care Rates.
