Bargaining. unit members shall be allowed to accumulate up to 120 hours of compensatory time. Members who have accumulated 120 or fewer hours of compensatory time shall not be required to use compensatory time off by the Agency. However, members may request to utilize such compensatory time off at times of their own choosing. The Agency shall not unreasonably deny such requests.
