Bargaining. unit members, once notified of compensatory time balances in excess of 120 hours as stated in Section 10.6.5 who fail to schedule or refuse to schedule such excess time off, shall have time off scheduled by the agency on a date(s) determined by the Agency. Employees ordered to take compensatory time off shall be provided at least 72 hours advance notice, unless a shorter notice is mutually agreed to. Nothing in this section shall prohibit a bargaining unit member from requesting to change scheduled compensatory time off, however the decision of the Agency shall be final.
