Bargaining Unit Composition. In accordance with the recognition petition filed with the Illinois Educational Labor Relations Board (IELRB), the bargaining unit shall include all employees except the following: bus drivers, administrators, or any supervisory, confidential or managerial employees as defined by the IELRA.
