Bargaining Unit Defined The bargaining unit shall comprise all employees included in the certification issued by the Labour Relations Board except those excluded by mutual agreement of the Parties or by the Labour Relations Code.
Bargaining Unit Definition The bargaining unit shall include full-time and part-time instructors (as described in the certification statement of BCGEU Local 701 Camosun College) employed by the College to teach vocational, technical and trades training programs or courses.
Unit Description Section 1.0 Pursuant to and in accordance with all applicable provisions of Act 379 of the Public Acts of 1965, as amended, the Employer does hereby recognize the Union as the exclusive representative for the purpose of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment for the term of this Agreement of the employees of the Employer included in the bargaining unit described below:
COMMON TERMS AND DEFINITIONS 11 A. The parties agree to the following terms and definitions, and to those terms and definitions 12 which, for convenience, are set forth elsewhere in the Agreement.
Recognition and Unit Description 1.1. The Employer recognizes the Association, which shall serve as exclusive Representative of all classified employees in the bargaining unit. Bargaining Unit Description Except where otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, the bargaining unit shall comprise all employees included in the bargaining unit as in the Certification issued by the Labour Relations Board of British Columbia on November 27, 1973 as well as those employees not covered by the certification of the Canadian Office and Professional Employees' Union, Local No. 378, or excluded from either union certification under the provisions of the Labour Relations Code. The College recognizes the Union as the sole bargaining agent for all such employees.
Recitals and Definitions Each of the parties hereto acknowledges and agrees that the recitals set forth above in this Agreement are true and accurate, are contractual in nature, and are hereby incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement.
