Common use of Bargaining Team Clause in Contracts

Bargaining Team. ‌ The Bargaining Team shall be selected by the Union and shall be limited to two (2) members. Of that number, no more than two (2) members, when bargaining occurs during their normal work shift, shall be released for such purposes without loss of time or pay.
