Common use of Bargaining Team Clause in Contracts

Bargaining Team. ‌ The Bargaining Team shall be selected by the Union and shall be limited to two (2) members, the Xxxxxxx and Assistant Xxxxxxx. When bargaining occurs during their normal work shift, they shall be released for such purposes without loss of time or pay.
