Balanced Classes. 9.4.1 Classes shall be balanced within ten (10) to fifteen (15) working days of the first day of instruction. The Assistant Superintendent, in consultation with the site and program administrators, will give due consideration to the possibility of capping school and class enrollments; the UBC shall have input on such decision.
