In the event of a breach of the pet policy, the non-breaching party may proceed against the breaching party in any claim or remedy that the non-breaching party may have in law or equity. We are not responsible for their actions during your stay. You assume the risk involved with their activities by booking your vacation during this time frame WE DO NOT RENT TO COLLEGE STUDENTS. FAMILIES ONLY. YOU WILL HAVE TO MEET OUR REPRESENTATIVE TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE CONDO DURING SPRING BREAK. NO GUESTS UNDER 25 UNLESS THEIR PARENT IS PRESENT IN CONDO AT ALL TIMES.
