Common use of Bad Checks Clause in Contracts

Bad Checks. If a check is accepted by Landlord from Tenant, it is purely as an accommodation to Tenant. If the check is dishonored by the bank, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to pay a charge of Fifty dollars ($50.00) to Landlord to offset the administrative costs incurred by Landlord. Such charge shall constitute additional rent.
