Bad Checks. When an EMPLOYEE is paid with a bad check, the EMPLOYER shall be made to pay cash thereafter for the duration of this Agreement. The EMPLOYEE will be paid the hourly rates until the EMPLOYER rectifies this offense.

Bad Checks. If a personal check that you have sent to us in payment of the rent is returned by the bank unpaid, we may elect to electronically re-present your check up to two more times. You shall be responsible for an additional returned check charge of $20 for each time it is returned, which fees may also be collected electronically. If such checks are returned on two occasions, we shall no longer accept your personal checks and all subsequent rental payments by you shall be by cashier's checks, money orders or certified personal checks.
Bad Checks. If a Tenant's check is returned for non-sufficient funds, the rent from that time forward will be due on a strictly cash basis, with a receipt being issued for that amount by Landlord or his agent. There will be an administrative fee of $40.00 charged to Tenant for any check returned to Landlord for any reason. Tenant will also be responsible for late charges, as above, if check is not made good and delivered to Landlord on or before the fifth calendar day of the month in which the rent is due.
Bad Checks. If a check is accepted by Landlord from Tenant, it is purely as an accommodation to Tenant. If the check is dishonored by the bank, Xxxxxx agrees to pay a charge of Fifty dollars ($50.00) to Landlord to offset the administrative costs incurred by Landlord. Such charge shall constitute additional rent.
Bad Checks. Xxxxxx agrees to pay, as additional rent, a fee of thirty-five dollars ($35.00) for any check that is not honored by the bank. Landlord reserves the right to require future rent payments in the form of a money order, certified check, or credit card. Late-payment additional rent charges or bad check charge shall be due immediately upon submission of itemization of such charges. Failure to pay same within 10 days shall be considered a breach of this lease agreement.
Bad Checks. In the event that any of Tenant’s checks payable to Landlord shall be returned for insufficient funds, Landlord shall have the right to demand from Tenant that all future payments of Fixed Minimum Rent and any other charges be made by certified or bank check or money order, and Landlord shall not be required to accept any check from Tenant which does not so conform.
Bad Checks. Where an employee re- ceives a check from an Employer and the employee cashes or deposits said check and it is returned by the bank marked N.S.F. or Account Closed, the Employer shall pay a penalty of $75.00 to the employee who re- ceived such check.

Bad Checks. If any check given to Landlord for any payment under this Lease is dishonored for any reason whatsoever not attributable to Landlord, other than a bank error by branch upon which check was drawn, in addition to all other remedies available to Landlord, at Landlord’s option, all future payments from Tenant shall be made by cashier’s check drawn on a bank located in the county where the Premises are located or by Federal Reserve wire transfer to Landlord’s account.
