If the user attempts to create an Adoption Subsidy Agreement Information page without this condition being met, the following message is displayed: “There must be an open, approved “Removal Episode/Out of Home Placementin order to create an Adoption Subsidy Agreement Information page <OK>.” • If the participant has an existing non-terminated Guardianship Assistance Agreement (GAA), an Adoption Subsidy Agreement Information page cannot be created until that existing GAA is terminated. • If the user attempts to create an Adoption Subsidy Agreement Information page without terminating the existing GAA, the following validation message is displayed: “The participant has a Non-Terminated Guardianship Assistance Agreement and therefore the Adoption Subsidy Agreement Information cannot be created.” • When a user creates an Adoption Subsidy Agreement Information page, FSFN will automatically create the Adoption Eligibility page. Background Processing. Following the initial creation of the Child Placement Agreement page, each time the page is subsequently launched, it will default to the first tab labeled Current Child Placement Agreement.  Information in each group box on the Current Child Placement Agreement tab only displays following the initial creation and saving of the page; otherwise, each group box displays as blank.  If the most recent record on the Child Placement Agreement Details tab has a Purpose = Respite/Visitation, it will not be included in the logic for the Current Child Placement Agreement tab. FSFN will then look for the next to most recent record on the Child Placement Agreement Details tab where the Purpose is NOT Respite/ Visitation. If all records on the Child Placement Agreement Details tab have a Purpose = Respite/ Visitation, the fields on this tab will all display “No Data Found”.  Please refer to the logic outlined in the table above for each group box and field contained on the Current Child Placement Agreement tab.

  • Details of Data Processing (a) Subject matter: The subject matter of the data processing under this DPA is the Customer Data.

  • Background Screening VENDOR shall comply with all requirements of Sections 1012.32 and 1012.465, Florida Statutes, and all of its personnel who (1) are to be permitted access to school grounds when students are present, (2) will have direct contact with students, or (3) have access or control of school funds, will successfully complete the background screening required by the referenced statutes and meet the standards established by the statutes. This background screening will be conducted by SBBC in advance of VENDOR or its personnel providing any services under the conditions described in the previous sentence. VENDOR shall bear the cost of acquiring the background screening required by Section 1012.32, Florida Statutes, and any fee imposed by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement to maintain the fingerprints provided with respect to VENDOR and its personnel. The parties agree that the failure of VENDOR to perform any of the duties described in this section shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement entitling SBBC to terminate immediately with no further responsibilities or duties to perform under this Agreement.
