Reading Down. Where a word, phrase, sentence, paragraph, clause or other provision of this agreement would otherwise be unenforceable, illegal or void, the effect of that provision will, so far as possible, be limited and read down so that it is not unenforceable, illegal or void.
Reading Down. If any provision of this Agreement is void or voidable or unenforceable in accordance with its terms but would not be void, voidable, unenforceable or illegal if it were read down and, it is capable of being read down, that provision must be read down accordingly.

If a provision of this Agreement is reasonably capable of an interpretation which would make that provision valid, lawful and enforceable and an alternative interpretation that would make it unenforceable, illegal, invalid or void then, so far as is possible, that provision will be interpreted or construed to be limited and read down to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
Reading Down. If part or all of any clause of this Agreement is illegal, invalid or unenforceable:
Reading Down. Reading Down. If a provision of this Lease is held to be invalid or unenforceable, it is to be read down or severed to the extent of its invalidity or unenforceability and the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
Reading Down. If part or all of any clause of this Agreement is illegal, invalid or unenforceable: It will be read down to the extent necessary to ensure that it is not illegal, invalid or unenforceable, but if that is not possible; It will be severed from this Agreement and the remaining provisions of this Agreement will continue to have full force and effect, and the parties will attempt to replace that severed part with a legally acceptable alternative clause that meets the parties’ original intention in relation to the subject matter severed.

If a provision of this Agreement is reasonably capable of an interpretation which would make that provision valid and enforceable and an alternative interpretation that would make it unenforceable, illegal, invalid or void then, so far as is possible, that provision will be Transition and Management Agreement Restated Version with Amendment No. 1 (Errata) 60 Dated: 30 November 2001 interpreted or construed, taking into account (i) the objectives, scope and purposes set out in Clause 2 of the Strategic Relationship Umbrella Agreement; and (ii) the fact that the commercial intentions of this Agreement are based on symmetry and balance among the Parties, to be limited and read down to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
Reading Down. 23.1 If any provision of these Terms is void or voidable or unenforceable in accordance with its Terms but would not be void, voidable, unenforceable or illegal if it were read down and, it is capable for being read down, that provision must be read down accordingly.
