Backdoor. A “Backdoor” is an intentionally included, undocumented method or other deliberately included malicious software that provides unauthorized access to a program, online service or system. Backdoors can include, but are not limited to, harmful code, time bombs, viruses, worms or similar software which may deactivate or electronically repossess the Pivotal Software or other software, take possession of data, or cause damage to any product or data. Principal covenants, represents and warrants that Pivotal Software provided to Agent does not and shall not contain any Backdoors.
