Back-Up Support. The University will keep "back-up” support by commissioned personnel, available for prompt use at all times when any employee is on road patrol.
Back-Up Support. For those copies of the TVS Software for which OEM --------------- has paid the amounts set forth in Section 5 of Exhibit B ("Maintained Copies"), NTI will provide technical support services ("Technical Support") to OEM for the TVS Software as specified below:
Back-Up Support. In the event there occurs circumstances which incapacitate the call center facilities of the Investment Companies in Greenfield, Massachusetts (“Greenfield Call Center”) and with respect to which the Investment Companies invoke their disaster recovery plan, BNYM agrees to provide at its facility in Westborough, Massachusetts, if such facility is fully operational at such time with respect Confidential And Proprietary Execution Version to the support services for call center activity required by the Investment Companies, within a commercially reasonable period of time after receiving notice of the incapacitating circumstances from the Investment Companies, (i) up to three computer terminals for a total of up to three individuals employed by one or more of the Investment Companies or the Company to perform call center functions for the Investment Companies, and (ii) access to and use of the BNYM System from such terminals comparable to the access and use provided to the Greenfield Call Center for the performance of such call center functions.
Back-Up Support. During the term of this Agreement, EyeSys will --------------- provide Nidek, without additional charge, reasonable back-up support concerning technical aspects and use of the Products as reasonably necessary in order for Nidek to provide support and service to its customers under the Nidek Software Support Agreements. Such back-up support shall include the following: (a) EyeSys shall provide back-up support to Nidek as set forth in EyeSys' Support Policy. (b) EyeSys shall make available to Nidek, the following types of training: (1) sales training - this training shall include, but shall not be limited to, identification of target markets, qualification of potential customers and specific sales advice; (2) product support training - this training shall prepare Nidek personnel to support questions from Nidek's customers. It should contain all of the information made available under customer training and includes specific materials, such as the answers to the most frequent questions asked by customers, directed to customer support, as well as, technical instruction in the use and operation of the Product; (3) technical service training - this training shall provide technical instruction in the servicing and repair of the Products; and (4) During normal business hours, EyeSys will provide telephone consultation to Nidek with respect to any customer questions which Nidek cannot adequately answer. Nidek shall designate one (1) senior technical consultant, mutually agreeable to both Nidek and EyeSys, to act as the single point of contact.
Back-Up Support. For short-term absences from the office, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Travel will program the phone, if possible, to roll to its back-up sports travel consultants. For planned long-term absences of one or more ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Travel personnel of two weeks or more when UNM Athletics demand necessitates an on-site presence, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Travel will send back-up personnel to service UNM Athletics.

  • Customer Support If Customer is entitled to receive Customer Support as part of a separately purchased Service Plan, Sage warrants that while Customer’s Service Plan is in effect and if it has paid all required Service Plan fees, Sage will use qualified personnel to provide Customer Support in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Customer’s sole remedy under this section 5.2 is limited to Sage’s re-performance of the Customer Support services giving rise to Customer’s claim.

  • Child Support (Applicable if the Party is a natural person, not a corporation or partnership.) Party states that, as of the date the Agreement is signed, he/she: a. is not under any obligation to pay child support; or b. is under such an obligation and is in good standing with respect to that obligation; or c. has agreed to a payment plan with the Vermont Office of Child Support Services and is in full compliance with that plan. Party makes this statement with regard to support owed to any and all children residing in Vermont. In addition, if the Party is a resident of Vermont, Party makes this statement with regard to support owed to any and all children residing in any other state or territory of the United States.

  • CHILD SUPPORT CERTIFICATION Under Section 231.006, Texas Family Code, the Engineer certifies that the individual or business entity named in this contract, bid, or application is not ineligible to receive the specified grant, loan, or payment and acknowledges that this contract may be terminated and payment may be withheld if this certification is inaccurate. If the above certification is shown to be false, the Engineer is liable to the state for attorney’s fees, the cost necessary to complete the contract, including the cost of advertising and awarding a second contract, and any other damages provided by law or the contract. A child support obligor or business entity ineligible to receive payments because of a payment delinquency of more than thirty (30) days remains ineligible until: all arrearages have been paid; the obligor is in compliance with a written repayment agreement or court order as to any existing delinquency; or the court of continuing jurisdiction over the child support order has granted the obligor an exemption from Subsection (a) of Section 231.006, Texas Family Code, as part of a court- supervised effort to improve earnings and child support payments.
