Common use of Back-Up Documentation Clause in Contracts

Back-Up Documentation. As part of the Services, Contractor shall retain, and provide OCA with, such documentation and other information available to Contractor (including original source documentation and data in its native format or in an alternative industry-standard format as requested by OCA) as may be requested by OCA from time to time in order to verify the accuracy of the Reports provided by Contractor. In addition, Contractor shall retain, and provide OCA with, all documentation and other information reasonably requested by OCA from time to time to verify that Contractor’s performance of the Services complies with the Service Levels and this Agreement.
