Common use of Back-Up Documentation Clause in Contracts

Back-Up Documentation. TCS shall provide ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ with such documentation and other information available to TCS as may be reasonably requested by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ from time to time in order to verify the accuracy of the Reports provided by TCS. In addition, TCS shall provide ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ with all documentation and other information reasonably requested by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ from time to time to verify that TCS’ performance of the Services is in compliance with the Critical Service Levels and this Agreement.
