Common use of Back-Up Documentation Clause in Contracts

Back-Up Documentation. As part of the Services, Successful Respondent shall provide DIR with such documentation and other information available to Successful Respondent (including original source documentation and data in its native format or in an alternative industry-standard format as requested by DIR) as may be requested by DIR from time to time in order to verify the accuracy of the Reports provided by Successful Respondent. In addition, Successful Respondent shall provide DIR with all documentation and other information reasonably requested by DIR from time to time to verify that Successful Respondent’s performance of the Services is in compliance with the Service Levels and this Agreement.
