Automobile Usage. During the term of this Agreement and any renewal term, Employee shall be entitled to an automobile allowance in the amount of $2,000 per month. The Corporation shall be responsible for title to, and the maintenance and insurance costs for, such automobile. Employee shall provide substantiation for such allowance by documentation, the form and content of which shall be the same as required of the officers of the Corporation.
