Common use of Automobile and Cellular Phone Clause in Contracts

Automobile and Cellular Phone. The Company or the Bank shall provide Executive with, and Executive shall have the primary use of, an automobile owned or leased by the Company or the Bank and the Company or the Bank shall pay (or reimburse Executive) for all expenses of insurance, registration, operation and maintenance of an automobile owned by Executive; provided, however, that such reimbursement shall not exceed $700 per month. Executive shall comply with reasonable reporting and expense limitations on the use of such automobile, as the Company or the Bank may establish from time to time, and the Company or the Bank shall annually include on Executive’s Form W-2 any amount attributable to Executive’s personal use of such automobile. The Company or the Bank shall also provide Executive with a cellular phone and shall pay (or reimburse Executive) for all reasonable expenses related to the business use of such phone.
