Automatic Check Deposit. All employees shall be paid by automatic check deposit.

Automatic Check Deposit. All adjunct faculty members, except in extenuating circumstances, will participate in electronic paycheck deposit at the financial institution of his/her choice.

Automatic Check Deposit. The County will maintain an automatic check deposit system for the use of the employees during the term of this Agreement. Effective November 20, 2006, (pay period 06/25), all new employees will be required to use automatic deposit as a condition of employment.

By June 30, 2008, all employees hired prior to the effective date of this agreement shall be paid by automatic check deposit unless the employee certifies in writing to the appointing authority that he or she does not have a bank account. If the County develops the ability to access the system from outside, than all employees represented by the DSA shall have the ability to remotely access their pay-stubs.
Automatic Check Deposit. Teachers will have their pay automatically deposited by the School District in a depository of the teacher's choice that allows electronic deposits. In order to have electronic deposits, the teacher must submit a direct deposit authorization form to the Executive Director of Human Resources. Electronic deposits will begin following receipt of this form.
Automatic Check Deposit. All nurses hired after the effective date of this Agreement shall be paid by automatic check deposit. By March 1, 2008 all nurses hired prior to the effective date of this Agreement shall be paid by automatic check deposit unless the nurse certifies he/she does not have a bank account.
Automatic Check Deposit. VTA shall continue to maintain an automatic check deposit system for the use of employees during the term of this Agreement.
