The Automatic Check Deposit clause establishes that any checks received as payment will be automatically deposited into a designated account without requiring further action from the payee. In practice, this means that once a check is received, the recipient's bank or financial institution is authorized to process and deposit the funds directly, streamlining the payment process and reducing administrative delays.
