Automatic cancellation of Commitments Clause Samples
Automatic cancellation of Commitments. The Senior Facility A Commitments which, at that time, are unutilised, and in respect of which no Utilisation Request has been delivered, shall be immediately cancelled at 10h00 on the last day of the Availability Period.
Automatic cancellation of Commitments. The Senior Facility E Commitments which, at that time, are unutilised, and in respect of which no Utilisation Request has been delivered, shall be immediately cancelled at 10h00 on the last day of the Availability Period.
Automatic cancellation of Commitments. The Available Commitments shall automatically be cancelled and reduced to zero (0) at the close of business in London on the last day of the Availability Period.
Automatic cancellation of Commitments. (a) The undrawn Facility A Commitment of each Bank shall be automatically cancelled on the last day of the Facility A Availability Period.
(b) The Facility B Commitment and the Facility D Commitment of each Bank shall be automatically cancelled at close of business on the last day of the Facility B Availability Period or Facility D Availability Period, as applicable.
(c) The undrawn Facility C Commitment of each Bank will be automatically cancelled on the last day of the Facility C Availability Period then applicable to that Bank.
