Facility A Availability Period means the period from and including the date of this Agreement to and including the date which is one (1) Month after the date of this Agreement.

Examples of Facility A Availability Period in a sentence

  • A Advance may be outstanding after the end of the Facility A Availability Period.

  • So long as any Letter of Credit is outstanding and has not expired, this Agreement shall continue to be in full force and effect with respect to such Letter of Credit, provided, however, that no Tranche A Letter of Credit shall be renewed, nor shall any Tranche A Letter of Credit be issued, on or after the Facility A Availability Period and no Tranche B Letter of Credit shall be issued on or after the Facility B Availability Period.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the Borrower may request the issuance of Letters of Credit for its own account, in a form reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent and the Issuing Bank, at any time and from time to time during the Facility A Availability Period.

  • As Facility A is available on a revolving basis during the Facility A Availability Period, amounts repaid to a Revolving Facility Bank may be reborrowed from that Revolving Facility Bank during the Facility A Availability Period applicable to that Revolving Facility Bank subject to the terms of this Agreement.
