Authorized Variation Clause Samples
Authorized Variation. The authorized variation to the standard lunch period shall be a lunch period of one (1) hour at or near the midpoint of the work day.
Authorized Variation. The authorized variations to the standard starting time shall be between 07:30 and 09:30.
Authorized Variation. The volume effectively produced in each Field, each month, cannot vary more than 15% (fifteen percent) in relation to the Production level expected for that month in the Production Program in progress, except when this variation is for technical reasons, acts of God or force majeure, according the justification presented to the ANP until the fifteenth day of the following month
