Common use of Authority to act on behalf of Concessionaire Clause in Contracts

Authority to act on behalf of Concessionaire. (a) During the period of Suspension, the Authority shall, on behalf of the Concessionaire, collect all Fee and revenues under and in accordance with this Agreement. The Authority shall be entitled to use the Fee collected in accordance with this Clause 32.2 (a) for meeting the costs incurred by it for remedying and rectifying the cause of Suspension.

Authority to act on behalf of Concessionaire. (a) 29.2.1 During the period of Suspension, the Authority shall, on behalf of the Concessionaire, collect all Fee and revenues under and in accordance with this Agreement. The Authority shall be entitled to use Agreement and pay the Fee collected in accordance with this Clause 32.2 (a) for meeting balance remaining after setting off the costs incurred by it for remedying and rectifying the cause of Suspension.

Authority to act on behalf of Concessionaire. (a) 26.2.1. During the period of Suspension, the Authority shall, on behalf of the Concessionaire, collect all Fee User Charges and revenues under and in accordance with this Agreement. The Authority shall be entitled to use recover the Fee collected in accordance with this Clause 32.2 (a) amount for meeting the costs incurred by it for remedying and rectifying the cause of Suspension, and thereafter for defraying the expenses that may be specified elsewhere in this Agreement.
