Common use of Authority to act on behalf of Concessionaire Clause in Contracts

Authority to act on behalf of Concessionaire. 36.2.1 During the period of Suspension, the Authority shall, on behalf of the Concessionaire, collect all Fee and revenues under and in accordance with this Agreement and deposit the same in the Escrow Account. The Authority shall be entitled to make withdrawals from the Escrow Account for meeting the costs incurred by it for remedying and rectifying the cause of Suspension, and thereafter for defraying the expenses specified in Clause 31.3.

Authority to act on behalf of Concessionaire. 36.2.1 32.2.1 During the period of Suspension, the Authority shall, on behalf of the Concessionaire, collect all Fee charge(s) and revenues under and in accordance with this Agreement and deposit the same in the Escrow Account. The Authority shall be entitled to make withdrawals from the Escrow Account for meeting the costs incurred by it for remedying and rectifying the cause of Suspension, and thereafter for defraying the expenses specified in Clause 31.327.3.

Authority to act on behalf of Concessionaire. 36.2.1 25.6.1 During the period of Suspension, the Authority shall, on behalf of the Concessionaire, collect all Fee and revenues Project Revenues under and in accordance with this Agreement and deposit the same in the Escrow Account. The Authority shall be entitled to make withdrawals from the Escrow Account for meeting the O&M Expenses and for meeting the costs incurred by it for remedying and rectifying the cause of Suspension, and thereafter for defraying the expenses specified in Clause 31.3.

Authority to act on behalf of Concessionaire. 36.2.1 30.2.1 During the period of Suspension, the Authority shall, on behalf of the Concessionaire, provide the Services and Operate the Project and collect all Fee and revenues revenue under and in accordance with this Agreement Agreement, and deposit the same Fee shall be deposited in the Escrow Account. The Authority shall be entitled to make withdrawals from the Escrow Account for meeting the O&M Expenses and for meeting the costs incurred by it for remedying and rectifying the cause of Suspension, and thereafter for defraying the expenses specified in Clause 31.325.3.

During the period of Suspension, the Authority shall, on behalf of the Concessionaire, collect all Fee User Charges and revenues under and in accordance with this Agreement and deposit the same in the Escrow AccountAgreement. The Authority shall be entitled to make withdrawals from recover the Escrow Account amount for meeting the costs incurred by it for remedying and rectifying the cause of Suspension, and thereafter for defraying the expenses that may be specified elsewhere in Clause 31.3this Agreement.

Authority to act on behalf of Concessionaire. 36.2.1 34.2.1 During the period of Suspension, the Authority shall, on behalf of the Concessionaire, collect all Fee Tariff/ User Charges and revenues under and in accordance with this Agreement and deposit the same in the Escrow Account. The Authority shall be entitled to make withdrawals from the Escrow Account for meeting the O&M Expenses and for meeting the costs incurred by it for remedying and rectifying the cause of Suspension, and thereafter for defraying the expenses specified in Clause 31.329.3.

Authority to act on behalf of Concessionaire. 36.2.1 28.2.1 During the period of Suspension, the Authority shall, on behalf of the Concessionaire, collect all Fee and revenues under and in accordance with this Agreement and deposit the same in the Escrow Account. The Authority shall be entitled to make withdrawals from the Escrow Account for meeting the costs incurred by it for remedying and rectifying the cause of Suspension, and thereafter for defraying the expenses specified in Clause 31.3.

The Authority shall be entitled to make withdrawals from the Project Account or the Escrow Account Account, as the case may be for meeting the costs incurred by it for remedying and rectifying the cause of Suspension, and thereafter for defraying the expenses specified in Clause 31.3Articles 27.3 and 28.3, as the case may be.

Authority to act on behalf of Concessionaire. 36.2.1 27.2.1 During the period of Suspension, the Authority shall, on behalf of the Concessionaire, collect all Fee and revenues under and in accordance with this Agreement and deposit the same in the Escrow Account, as the case may be. The Authority shall be entitled to make withdrawals from the Escrow Account Account, as the case may be for meeting the costs incurred by it for remedying and rectifying the cause of Suspension, and thereafter for defraying the expenses specified in Clause 31.3Article 23.3, as the case may be.

During the period of Suspension, the Authority shall, on behalf of the Concessionaire, collect all Fee and any revenues under and in accordance with this Agreement and deposit the same in the Escrow Account. The Authority shall be entitled to make withdrawals from the Escrow Account for meeting the O & M Expenses and for meeting the costs incurred by it for remedying and rectifying the cause of Suspension, and thereafter for defraying the expenses specified in Clause 31.322.3.

Authority to act on behalf of Concessionaire. 36.2.1 29.2.1 During the period of Suspension, the Authority shall, on behalf of the Concessionaire, collect all User Fee and all other revenues under and in accordance with this Agreement and deposit the same in the Escrow Account. The Authority shall be entitled to make withdrawals from the Escrow Account for meeting the O&M Expenses and for meeting the costs incurred by it for remedying and rectifying the cause of Suspension, and thereafter for defraying the expenses specified in Clause 31.324.3.

Authority to act on behalf of Concessionaire. 36.2.1 During the 12.2.1 Duringthe period of Suspension, the Authority shall, on behalf of the Concessionaire, collect all Fee fee and revenues under and in accordance with this Agreement and deposit the same in the Escrow Account. The Authority shall be entitled to make withdrawals from the Escrow Account for meeting the costs incurred by it for remedying and rectifying discharging the cause of Suspension, and thereafter for defraying the expenses specified in Clause 31.3.Concessionaire‟s obligations;

The Authority shall be entitled to make withdrawals from the Escrow Account for meeting the O&M Expenses and for meeting the costs incurred by it for remedying and rectifying the cause of Suspension, and thereafter for defraying the expenses specified in Clause 31.3Clause25.3.

Authority to act on behalf of Concessionaire. 36.2.1 31.2.1 During the period of Suspension, the Authority shall, on behalf of the Concessionaire, operate the System and collect all Fee and revenues under and in accordance with this Agreement and deposit the same in the Escrow Account. The Authority shall be entitled to make withdrawals from the Escrow Account for meeting the costs incurred by it for remedying and rectifying the cause of Suspension, and thereafter for defraying the expenses specified in Clause 31.326.3.

Authority to act on behalf of Concessionaire. 36.2.1 33.2.1 During the period of Suspension, the Authority shall, on behalf of the Concessionaire, collect all Fee and revenues under and in accordance with this Agreement and deposit the same in the Escrow Account. The Authority shall be entitled to make withdrawals from the Escrow Account for meeting the costs incurred by it for remedying and rectifying the cause of Suspension, and thereafter for defraying the expenses specified in Clause 31.329.3.
