Common use of Authority Support Clause in Contracts

Authority Support. The Authority will actively support the Official Agency in its various National Reference Laboratory roles, including the support for the provision of adequate resources. Where new NRL functions or roles are assigned to the Official Agency or where deficiencies are identified, the Authority and the Official Agency will prepare an Action Programme to address these issues.
