The Authority Support clause establishes the obligation of one or both parties to provide necessary assistance, documentation, or cooperation to relevant authorities as required by law or regulation. In practice, this may involve supplying information for regulatory compliance, facilitating inspections, or responding to official inquiries during the course of the agreement. Its core function is to ensure that both parties can meet their legal and regulatory obligations efficiently, thereby reducing the risk of non-compliance and associated penalties.
Authority Support. The Authority will actively support the Food Safety Laboratory Service in its various official control and National Reference Laboratory roles.
