Common use of Authority of Member in Charge Clause in Contracts

Authority of Member in Charge. In case the Service Provider consists of a joint venture of more than one entity, the Members hereby authorize the entity specified in the SCC to act on their behalf in exercising all the Service Providers’ rights and obligations towards the Trust under this Contract, including without limitation the receiving of instructions and payments from the Trust.
