AUDITS AND INVESTIGATIONS. 20.1 Each invoice paid by the UPU shall be subject to a post-payment audit by auditors, whether internal or external, of the UPU or by other authorized and qualified agents of the UPU at any time during the term of the Contract and for a period of two (2) years following the expiration or prior termination of the Contract.
